Hand-knotted in India: a Tabriz of 251 × 350 cm. That is roughly 8.79 m² of floor, about 8.2' × 11.5'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 10-12mm.
