This Tabriz comes from India and measures 254 × 308 cm. It covers approximately 7.82 m², or 8.3' × 10.1'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. It is entirely hand-knotted. Pile height is given as 7-10mm.
