A Tabriz from India, measuring 166 × 257 cm. It covers approximately 4.27 m², or 5.4' × 8.4'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.

Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 7-10mm.

The rug is rectangular. At this size it anchors a living room as the central surface.

How it reads
Colour is recorded as Weiß / beige. Handmade rugs always show slight colour shifts from knot to knot — that is a mark of hand work, not a defect.
