Origin Iran, format 76 × 300 cm — a Tabriz made entirely by hand. That is roughly 2.28 m² of floor, about 2.5' × 9.8'. Tabriz is one of the oldest and most important weaving centres in Persia.
What it is made of
Stated material: cotton warp, new wool. The rug was hand-knotted throughout. Pile height is given as 12-15mm.
